I already downloaded IE 9 and received SB. When I saw it featured for 21 SB I tried to download again. I answered 3 questions and tried to download. It wouldn't cuz I had it already, so I canceled. I ended up getting 21 SB just for answering the 3 questions!! Try it. I'm still in shock it credited.
