Problem Getting Perk TV on Tablet

Hi, I bought a Nextbook 8" screen tablet to use for Swagbucks and Perk, as it was listed on the forum that others had bought it and are using it. The problem that I am having is that I can't download Perk TV or Swagbucks from the Playstore. I tried to find Mobile1 to install, but it isn't listed on the Playstore either. I did get the Swagbucks TV app by installing from the link on this forum, but I can't find anything for Perk TV. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
